Our team combines operational experience with deep understanding of how to deploy and integrate a mobile working application enabling rapid implementation and ensuring you meet all of your business needs. We follow a standard methodology that consists of five key steps:
Requirements Analysis – we work with you to fully understand and document your requirements. This includes understanding how you work, the flow information and the data that is required to be captured/delivered at each stage.
Design – we utilise our industry-focused template applications as the foundation and then design how we tailor and enhance these to meet your specific requirements. We work with you to understand your existing systems and how our data gateways can extract and post information into your other applications.
Deployment – our technicians work with you to design your forms and workflow and use our tools to quickly proto-type and develop your specific application. This includes mapping your data, defining your workflow and creating both office and field-based forms.
Testing – part of our deployment is conducting a thorough component and system test to ensure that everything is working as defined and delivering you with the capabilities that you require. We then work closely with you through user acceptance testing ensuring the solution operates correctly in a simulated production environment.
User Adoption – a key component of deployment is gaining user adoption. We involve your field service people from day one making them part of the process and more receptive to the technology. During testing and go-live we train your users and transfer knowledge to your experts ensuring that you are making full use of the solution not just on day one but long into the future.
