Jerry Ellis, Chairman

As an experienced, hands-on business leader in both executive and non-executive roles, Jerry brings significant technology and IT services experience to Pervasic. Over the past twenty years, he has been chairman, chief executive or general manager for a number of organisations, operating both in the private and public sectors. He has worked extensively with various divisions of the NHS and the Department of Health and was also head of IBM's Public Sector business group, as one of a number of executive appointments during his time in that company. Prior to joining Pervasic, Jerry was Executive Chairman of TBC Group Ltd, a leading IBM business partner, and was previously Group Chief Executive of ECsoft Group plc, a FTSE-listed European Systems Integrator. He also served for a number of years as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the International Division for Acxiom Corporation, a NASDAQ listed CRM and Data Outsourcing specialist.

Kenneth Goulding, Chief Executive

Kenneth has amassed substantial commercial experience working in the IT marketplace - 25 years with leading multinational enterprises. This includes nearly 20 years with the global interactive marketing services company Acxiom, where his previous roles included European Finance Director, European Operations Leader, Managing Director of the customer-focused Response Services Group and, most recently, Industry Executive for UK Financial Services. A qualified chartered accountant, Ken has also served as a member of the DMA's Financial Services council and for two years as chairman of the Financial Services Data Summit.

Rizwan Saleem, Head of Engineering

With around ten years of experience in the mobile sector, Riz has a deep knowledge of project management, systems analysis, solution delivery, customer service management and network and infrastructures with companies that include Anite Group PLC, BT and Micro Survey Systems. Riz joined Pervasic in 2006 and combines his technical know-how and commercial acumen to shape product roadmaps, business processes and professional services. He is responsible for managing and developing the development, implementation and operations functions. Riz overseas the high-level design of customer-centric solutions to ensure a seamless interface between IT environments, Pervasic technology and the handheld technology used by each business.
