24x7 Management & Monitoring
The MobileOne® Platform is monitored constantly by the Pervasic Service Desk to ensure that we achieve our high availability targets.
Each MobileOne® application has built-in application level monitoring and health checks so the service desk can rapidly escalate issues
such as connectivity or data unavailability. Applications utilise a common logging framework to escalate alarms and/or provide diagnoses
of issues in the field.
Remote Upgrades & Management
At Pervasic we understand the issues in managing a remote workforce, applications and devices and we make your life easier by issuing
updates “over the air” which is entirely seamless and non-disruptive to your workforce.
