Van/Site Stock Control & Replenishment - Automated control of van or site stock levels with integrated supplier alerts to enable stock replenishment.
Schedule of Rates (SOR) - Configurable and comprehensive listing of current and variable SORs.
Scheduled and Reactive Jobs - Enables the operative to view jobs in the field that have been assigned either manually or via an automated dynamic scheduling system.
Configurable Job History - Displays the history associated with each individual job as defined by the customer.
Vehicle Check - Enforces a pre-defined vehicle check before the operative can progress any further through the application.
Pre, Post and Voids inspections - Provides standard inspections workflows with comprehensive SOR support.
Mobile Electronic Procurement - Offers integration to supplier systems with the supplier e-catalogues available to the operative to select and purchase materials in the field with real-time order submission and confirmation.
Multiple Signature Capture - Utilising the handwriting recognition functionality of the device, signatures can be captured at multiple stages within the application.
'Panic Button' for Lone Worker Support - Developed to support lone workers vulnerable in the field; this function provides an immediate voice and message alert back to the office or to a designated number.
Field Supervisor - Reports activity, status and location of operatives to their field supervisors.
Device Access - The application can be enabled to 'lock down' the functionality of the PDA outside of the application to control the users ability to, for example, make calls, surf the web and download non-approved software.
Gas & Electric Servicing - Displays the forms and certificates specific to gas (CP12) and electric servicing.
Surveys, Questionnaires & Notifications - Prior to customer sign-off, the customer can be requested to complete a pre-defined set of questions. Health & safety (including Asbestos/PVP) warnings can prohibit the operative from proceeding with a job or entering a site until the appropriate questionnaire has been completed
Integrated Satellite Navigation - Integrating the GPS functionality of the device and software from a satellite navigation provider gives the user with the option to use satellite navigation to direct them to their next location.
Operative Manuals - Allows operatives to access PDFs of manuals on the PDA.
Barcode Scanning - Using the devices hardware, barcode scanning data can be captured and integrated to a back-end system.
Document Printing - Printing of receipts and/or documents integrated to the device and the application.
Operative Earnings - Displays the individual operative earnings within a specified period and configurable to the specific metrics required by each customer.
Annual Leave Request - When integrated with the back-office, this allows operatives to input requests for personal leave for management approval.
Time Sheet - Auto calculated or user defined time recording against a job or other tasks.
Tagged Ad-hoc Photo Capture - Utilising the integrated camera functionality of the device pictures can be taken and tagged to correspond with current job.
Messaging - Provides communication between the office and the field workers within a controlled environment. This environment can be extended to inter-operative communication if required with a pre-defined contact list.
Voice Recording - Voice notes capture, which can be tagged against a job or ad-hoc recording.
Email - Operative access to email functionality to either an open or lock-down contact list.
