John Salter, Chief Executive Officer

John Salter, Pervasic’s CEO, has a wealth of experience that spans more than 25 years in general management, sales and marketing, operations, and research and development.

He joined Pervasic in February 2006. A veteran of the IT and telecoms industries, John is an expert in making sure technology businesses meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. Career highlights include taking telecoms software provider Cramer Systems Europe through its fastest ever growth phase, and steering Granite Systems through a friendly takeover by Telcordia. Previously, John clocked up 10 prosperous years in sales and marketing, working for Oracle in Europe.

When he isn’t busy with Pervasic, John enjoys country sports.

Tim Horlick, Non-Executive Chairman

Tim Horlick, who is Chairman of Pervasic, is joint Managing Partner of Frontiers Capital, a pan-European venture capital fund with a range of investments in the high technology field, and Pervasic’s lead investor.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Tim has over 20 years experience in finance and investment. During that time he served as Managing Director and Head of European Technology Investment Banking at Salomon Smith Barney in London and previously as a Director of Corporate Finance and Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London.

Henry Nash, Non-Executive Director

Henry Nash, Non-Executive Director, has been on Pervasic’s Board of Directors since August 2006, and is a valuable addition as Pervasic expands across Europe.

He brings with him more than 25 years’ senior management experience, gained across a range of global markets, plus an expert knowledge of using wireless technologies and IT to meet customer demands. His career credentials include a stint as director of strategy and technology at leading investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston, and other senior management and engineering roles with Ariadne Capital, Novell, Insignia Solutions, Computervision and Logica. Henry holds a BSc. Hons (1st Class) in Electrical Engineering.
